LOCAL SEO · GOOGLE MAPS

Local SEO.Be found by clients in your area.

When a client searches for “your trade + their town”, Google first shows a map and three businesses, then websites. Local SEO places you in both spots: on Google Maps with your profile, and in the results with pages about your area.

01 / THE GOOGLE PROFILEYour shop window on Google Maps.

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a client sees. Categories, service area, opening hours, photos, services: every detail counts to appear in the top three map results.

I help you create, fix or restore it, following Google’s rules, which readily suspend poorly configured profiles.

02 / LOCAL PAGESPages about your towns.

To be found in several towns, your site needs a useful page for each: your work in the area, response times, common situations. No copy-paste: Google ignores identical pages where only the town name changes.

These pages are linked to each other and to your services, so Google clearly understands where you work.

03 / TRUSTReviews, consistency and reputation.

Google also ranks businesses by reputation: the number and regularity of reviews, your replies, and the consistency of your name, address and phone number across directories.

I set up a simple way to ask your real clients for reviews and align your information everywhere you appear.

04 / WHAT IS CHECKEDThe points checked.

  • Google profile: categories, area, services, photos
  • City pages without duplicate content
  • Directories: Bing, Apple Maps, local listings
  • Same name, address and phone everywhere
  • A simple review request for your clients
  • Tracking of calls and enquiries

Your questions.

How long to appear on Google Maps?

A well-configured profile can appear within a few weeks. Reaching the top three depends on competition, reviews and distance from the person searching.

I have no premises that receive clients, can I have a profile?

Yes. A business that travels to its clients can have a service-area profile with the address hidden.

Do I need one page per town?

For the main towns in your area, yes, as long as each page brings useful, different information.

Can I buy reviews?

No. It is forbidden by Google and penalised. Only reviews from real clients last.
